Hey! Thanks for checking out my site! This is an idea I've had for a long time and wanted to really bring it to fruition and it is a consistent work in progress.
About myself personally, I am a 31 year old Tax Resolution specialist that was born and raised in Denver, Colorado; and recently moved to Kansas.
I love writing, hiking, stargazing, drawing, and used to study a lot of esoterics and magic systems; and of course, I love anime and gaming. Especially 90s era for both.
Always looking for a project and ways to play around with stuff I normally don't, the idea came to me to give my character a website, and to show off my world a bit.
The inspiration for this came from the fact that my friend, Thurman, at one point shut down the roleplay server that me, him, and over 60 others shared.
Close to ten years, we had adventures together and built up our characters, built up a world, and had so much fun....But those times are gone.
Time is scarce, we grow old, and interests change and fade. Priorities rear their head, and burnout makes itself known. Asgairth grew silent, and soon it begun to die.
Though we are living our own lives, we haven't all lost contact but we are few and far between now; so while I continue writing stories, I wanted to remember them as well.
For this reason, this page is as much about the history, world and community that made Verity, as much as it is her own personal website.
Thurman, or "King Galator Raichera", if you see this page; know those memories are some of the most fun and fond I have and your world was beloved by more than you ever knew.
I am so happy to have been part of it, to see how you've grown and turned into a man of the cloth. Powerful moment when godly characters seek faith, more when the writer finds him.
Verity was originally my own worst traits turned up to 11 and turned into perfected skills; but character evolution has different plans and organic evolution turned her into this.
From God of Oration to a formerly genocidal mother, Verity's evolution was meant to be a reset and to do things the opposite of her previous life, and I wanted to highlight emotion.
Men have a pretty wide range of emotion, but with a female character there's hundreds of complex feelings to work with, what if someone had never felt them before and now they do?
Given I haven't had a good run at trying to put her to page in a story form yet (but I am working on that), and my normal Dungeon Master duties, I felt the website was best.
